How to teach Possessive Pronouns (His & Her)

Toddlers or children with slow language grasping powers often face difficulties in distinguishing (He & She) pronouns. Some children call everyone “He” or everyone “She” despite their genders, same goes with “His” & “Her” or some children even have their own ways of creating a new form of grammar 😀 so they intend to omit all of these pronouns out of English grammar entirely. 
Well no matter how your child is changing it, it gets very difficult to keep up with his/ her train of thought until you are fully aware what he or she is exactly talking about.
